E6 The organ was built by Joseph Merklin in 1860 and restored by Pierre Maciet in 2016.
The construction of the church’s choir probably dates back to the 1230s–1240s, as suggested by the influence of Notre-Dame de Paris. Over time, various additions and alterations changed its original appearance. In the 19th century, major restoration work notably altered the roof, which is now in a pavilion style. The building is listed as a historic monument. After extensive restoration work, the church reopened in early 2023.
